3.5 RE Coils on an XJ?

I have a line on a new pair of Rubicon Express 3.5 coils, will they fit on my '98? I did a search on using TJ springs, and it seems that TJ coils are typically shorter and softer than XJ's, so I understand that I may only gain 3" lift, is this true with all TJ springs or just the stockers?

two days ago i installed 5.5" tj springs, and got 5.5" of lift.
