From an article in the new Crawl magazine:

"Eaton Corp. has purchased Tractech Holdings, well known by their brands 'Detroit Locker' and 'Truetrac.' Eaton is strengthening their focus on the speciality vehicle markets, especially offroad vehicles, with its recent acquisition of Tractech."

It will be interesting to see how this shakes out and what is continued/discontinued. I hope Tractech's past excellent customer service doesn't suffer.
