You're killing me. I've been waiting over a year for this to come out & it's not in my mailbox yet. We're now frantically calling all the book stores in town to see if we can get a hold of a copy... nobody in town has it yet & the book stores are telling me it's not going to be on display until 8/5/03. How will I survive!!!! Tell me one thing… does it have a pic of me driving or … my wife again.

The Jeepy gals beside us guys deserve a lot of thanks for their understanding...Matt is one of the lucky(?) ones who's wife Jeni seems to enjoy the "Jeepin." Jeepin is never an easy or inexpensive hobby/lifestyle/sport/addiction etc... Getting the Boss to participate (or at least humor the process) makes it go along so much smoother!

EDIT: Unless they FAIL TO RENEW the subscription! That's gotta be worth 12 months of unlimited mods on the next project eh?

Been called worse... Actually, I've been called worse by you...

The subscription thing is my fault. I wasn't a subscriber before BOTW 1. Vern was the writer from JP that covered BOTW 1 & wrote the article of the trip & features of 3 of the rigs that attended. MJ Dan, Paul Sinclair, & now I got features from that trip. I subscribed to see the coverage & features from the trip & let it lapse after Vern resigned to pursue other ventures & I gave up on seeing the feature. Guess I was too impatient. I really only subscribe to one mag anymore. I guess I get tired of reading the same info over & over. Not to take anything away from JP, it's a great mag with great people & I'm forever grateful for my 15 minutes!!! It is cool to see it featured... well it will be cool when I see it.

so all mighty great one, with big head. when you going to loose those little 35's and get a tire that matches all that lift better. have you looked into that 6.0 excursion yet, when you do, see if they will give a better price for a pair of them, since I need a tow rig that I won't have to tow home with the trail rig.:(

I'll give you credit for running Bald Mnt. last weekend, but it seems like everone who gets a feature in that rag is afraid to get thier rig dirty afterwards. There is a cost that comes with this level of fame. I have found it easier to only go out at night, even than I wear a baseball cap & dark shades.
What really saddens me about Matt's feature is remembering the good old days of the rock-grabber longarms. It just isn't the same running Matt & Crash & only getting to tell them that they are within 8" of getting hung-up.
