Globe in NC

Anyone here have any info (directions, places to park trailers, etc.) on Globe trail near Boone, NC. My local club has a trip down there planed for Aug. 16, and we just realized not one of us has ever been there. Anyway any info would be great,oh, we will be comeing down from the Bristol, VA/TN area. Thanx.

I have been up there and unless there is a different way to get there, there basically no rom for parking, the taril head is pretty much a pull off on a dirt road.
