Okay everybody. I got the video downloaded to my computer, about 90 minutes worth. I'm going to start putting the video on DVD tomorrow or Friday, after I make some much added edits. I'm going to put chapters in for each day so you can navigate through quicker, and some other minor stuff. Just as an FYI too. Some older DVD players might have problems playing the format I’m putting these in. If you have a DVD player 5 years or older, you might have issues. The Sony Playstation will play theses just fine too.

I'm going to ask for $5 a peace plus shipping fees. I figure this is fair price for the time, money, and effort I'm putting into this. Please post up if you want one, and I'll PM you for your address once yours is done. First come first serve.

Anyone who worked on the WF committee gets one for free, I just ask that you pay shipping. This includes the people who worked so hard on the raffle too!

:roflmao: little inside joke from 05 Winterfest. My CB was acting up while on a trail with Wildman, Opie, and I think Jim. Every time I tried to talk over my CB, everybody told me I sounded like I had a really squeaky voice. I asked Les if he remembered me this year at WF, the squeaker from last year. He had no problem remembering ha ha.....

hey - before you make all thoes DVD's give adobe a shot - make for real clean cutting, addind music and all that...
i've been using a trial software from sony to make this DVD, also used it for the CF video too. it's called Vegas Movie Studio 6.0, and it is a great program. downfall it's only trial, so after it's expired i'll try that adobe out. plus I only have 1.5 gbs of disk space left out of 80. i'm going to have to do some cleaning up before I install anything else. these videos equal over 20gb alone :shocked: .

again, glad you guys are enjoying it. i asked dad to try to get everybody in the video. i thought he did a pretty good job of doing just that, however it's hard to get everybody a lot of film time. so some got more film time than others, wish it could have been even all the way around but that's almost impossible. that's why I have asked if anyone else has film that they would like to get on DVD, to let me know. specially from the other groups!

Fantastic Job of keeping it 'family friendly
I was actually just thinking about that earlier today too, and watched a good part of the DVD to double check. I was afraid that maybe I missed something that kids should not hear. sigh of relief.

I'd like 1 too. I want to see what stuff you guys did at the Badlands. From the pics I see, there was lots of stuff that I didn't see when I was there. I didn't go in a organized run, so I missed quite a bit. Both times too I had a YJ and had breakdowns of some sort and my day was shortened. Do you take paypal? If so, I can pay you that way fast, otherwise pm me your address and I'll get a check out to you.

I forgot to add. The guy at work who CONSTANTLY runs on about how great full size trucks are compared to our 'soccer mom mobiles'. Couldn't believe how easy you guys made everything look in the DVD.

He said he has been stuck on green and white both, and had a devil of a time getting through.
