Anyone use ProComp 9000 shocks...

I was just wondering if anyone has used these shocks before and would like some feedback good or bad. I know they're cheaper than some and I looking to spend only a moderate amount right now. I have an 89 XJ with a 2 inch lift and some 31's (trimmed fenders),but am looking to go another 2.5 inches or so in the very near future. friend of mine with a Ford F150 with a 6 inch lift runs these and loves them. My Jeep is a daily driver for the most part and I do some moderate offroading, if that helps.

I used them on my 98 and found them to be very rough riding
Switched to OME and the ride improved
I've had just about every shock on the 98 and they were the stiffest

I have them. I kind of like them stiff. There are times when I can actually hear them when they extend. They have never faded that I have noticed.
