Replacing Speedo Gear

I need to replace the speedo gear after regearing. So my silly question is where is this located and is there anything I need to be aware of when replacing this? See my sig for leading particulars of my XJ. Thanks bunches.

Thanks, that made it easy. Do you know what the large nut is for that's inline with the speedo gear? It takes ~1" wrench. Mine was loose when I went to swap the speedo gear out. It's different than what you see on the JeepsUnlimited page you linked to. Thanks,
