Torx (star bolt) sizes?

Been thru my manual a few times and it either aint here or I've missed it every time....looking for the star bolt size for the pass side fender bolts and the door bolts on a 1993 XJ.

t20 should be the size without running outside to look. If you don't own a set of Torx sockets, get them they are all over the XJ's. Juice

The ones in the door hinge are huge compared to the fender ones BTW.

Going by memory here but I think the door takes a T40 or T45. I have the smaller Lisle set from Sears and it's close to the biggest one in the set.

torx bits a must have for XJ owners.

I think the fender ones are T28 and the fromt ones for the grill are like T30, I think the T25 will strip out the fender bolts. And you will most likely have to replace some, they like to strip the threads on the insert.
