i was checking out the reader rig pic's and noticed many of ya'll are missing your center caps. i'm still rollin on stock steelies and looking to upgrade and was wondering..... why are ya'lls center caps missing? (mostly off rock krawler steel type wheels) do they not fit? do they get in the way? is it a jeep faux pas?

I have them with my black steelies only because they came free with them. If had to pay extra for them, I would not have them.

Makes it hard to see the wheel studs when putting on the tires.
Lifting a 35" tire sucks bad enough without doing it blind.

I think it gives a cleaner look but it is hard to clean around them after a good 4x4 trip.

use buttercups painted black. You break em on a rock, go into the cabinet, get another pair.... that easy.

Got 4 of them never left the plastic, chrome is a NO NO on my Jeep.
Trying to find some of those blac flush mounted caps to cover up the rusty axle/hub, but I just spray painted them instead, lol.
