Aftermarket cruise

Does anyone know who made this? I have it in my 90 MJ and was trying to do some adjustments to it. When I set the cruise it jumps ahead 3 or 4 mph.

I dont know who makes it and its definatly not factory. Any ideas on manufacturers of this stuff?

look on JCW, they've sold aftermarket cruise control for years, might point you in the right direction.
