anyone running front eb44 on an XJ

I need some pics of how your driveshaft lines up versus your exhaust. I had already been having issues with clearance between a borla header and my old front ds from the d30, and with a 77 eb44 installed the pinion is slightly more rightward, and so my clearance issue has gotten worse.

FarmerMatt runs an EB D44, both in the XJ and the buggy. Don't know what he did with the exhaust, but there was a slight amount of pan self clearancing.

I'm running the EB 44 in My JD, but with 7"-8" of lift I don't have a clearance problem. On my buggy I'm running a 79 RR 44 @ about 6" of lift. I ended up having to cut & turn the header & route the exaust out the front & around the oil pan like a TJ. You could probably just buy either a stock or aftermarket header for a TJ & route it the same.
