Are these OME springs?

I got these springs used. he thought they mighta been upcountry, I think they're a little more than upcountry

the windings on these unknown to me springs are thicker.
 
Dunno whose they are, but I've never seen a progressively wound spring for an XJ. Only heard about 'em. Very cool!
