rear coil conversion

Alright, I'm sure this has been talked about somewhere. What are the con's of a xj coil conversion? I hear that the coils can unload themselves when your rigs tilted left or right, and you'll roll. I understand that eventually all suspension unloads itself at one point or anthor. And you're goin' over. What's yall's oppinions on converting to coils in the rear?
