Cam, crank, & main cap bolt torque specs please!

Can't find any of my XJ manuals since my move. Was hoping someone had a FSM or even Chilton/Hanes near by and could get these specs for me.

That's camshaft sprocket gear to camshaft bolt, harmonic balancer bolt (to crank shaft), and crank main cap bolts.

Oh ya, it's a 90 XJ 4.0

from my '92FSM:

main bearing cap bolts--80 ftlbs
rod cap nuts--33
camshaft sprocket bolt--80
harmonic balancer bolt--80

Isnt a 90 a no HO and a 92 a HO? Dunno if this matters or not.

Ya, but the block has remained unchanged (for the most part). The big difference between Renix & HO is the injection and head.
