I'm in the middle of the conversion of my '89 a/c compressor to oba. What is everyone doing about lubing it. Just how much oil does it need? And does anyone know the free air CFM/RPM capacity of the Sanden pump, so I could match the system correctly?

I just used an inline oiler for the air inlet. It needed to be turned wide open to get it to drip about once per minute, but that seemed to be enough to keep it lubed. I have no idea what CFM it is,but mine was hooked to twin "hot dog" type tanks (about 2 gal. total) and would go from 0-80 PSI in under a minute at 1500 rpm engine speed. I am about to get started on a new setup for my current rig. I was at the junkyard the other day and happened upon one of the old V-twin York pumps......... hhhmmm :D
