Anyone know what the WMS - WMS is on a 78 bronco D44. I know where there is one and I was wondering how much wider it is than my D30. Plus how far off are the coils. I want to keep the radius arm setup. Is this axle more work than an EB 44? A lot of questions but I want to do this right. TIA Justin

the 78 bronco D44 is around 67" wms-wms IIRC.
the coil pads are spaced around 5" wider than the XJ's coil pads (you can swap them from side to side and it makes it closer to 3.5", which supposedly isn't a problem)
but, it's gonna be wide.
the rear 9" in that same bronco, bolts right into the XJ and requires only shock mounts welded on and something to adapt the driveshaft to it.
we can discuss this tomorrow @ the show if you want ;)

Hey CheapXJ, I've seen a lot of people posting with IIRC. What is that?
