AND the nonworking horn.
I couldn't pass SMOG check because the CEL was on. However, it did pass emissions. I had replaced the downstream O2 sensor but the CEL wouldn't go away.
I posted a while back about a disconnected harness in my engine bay and members thought it was for 4WD option that I do not have. Turns out that it was for the O2 sensor and had been disconnected because it was blowing out a fuse in the PDC. I hooked it up, disconnected the battery and teh CEL is GONE!
I also fixed my horn, the horn relay was in the wrong slot.
Another one for the archives. Thanks 5-90, I kept reading your posts on checking the O2 sensors.
