With bellhousing, or without? It will be smaller in cross-section, and a little shorter overall without - but it's up to you and to your buyer.
As I recall, you can get it into a crate about 16x16x30" - that's probably a little big, but it's a good guess. I seem to recall that the case runs about 10x10x18" - not including input shaft.
Weight? Good guess - I haven't lifted one in a while, and I don't have it in my notes anywhere. I'd figure dry weight about 60-80#, as a scratch guess (and if you get a number that's more on, I'd like to hear it.)
Either way, you're probably going to have to ship it "truck freight," and I'm sure you can fit two onto a regular 40x48" notch stringer pallet - opposed, and side-by-side. You can probably do that with or without bellhousings...
