Nearing .5 million clicks on the 4.0
She's not leaking so I assume I'm burning it - no smoke though.
So what do I need do?

On catalytic converter equiped engines, you mau not notice the usual blue smoke. The converter cleans it up pretty good. If it's not leaking, it's time for a rebuild. :tears:

SGT Mack is probably spot on but one other thing to check would be valve cover bolts or gasket. With such high miles the internal seals are starting to go would be my first bet though.

The first thing I would check would be the head gaskets, cuz if you have blown one your oil can be getting into your cooling system. Check your oil and see if you have water or coolent in it and check your coolent or water and see if you have oil in it.
