This is the way customer service should be. Called up to Spokane Washington today, to ARB USA HQ. Told them my tale of woe, and they are having me send them my old two pinion locker. In return, they are overnighting me a new three pinion unit for a very special price (about 1/2 of retail). If the cause of the break was a badly manufactured part, they will refund my money, and eat the shipping.

Thanks to ARB for getting me rolling for next weekends activities!
