WHEN IN A HARD PULL, SAY A LONG HILL OR PASSING THE AIR FROM THE VENTS ALL BUT QUITS BLOWING. SEEMS LIKE A VACCUM PROBLEM.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM?
THANKS,

You are on the right track, I think you will find it shifts to the defroster vents, this is from lack of vacum. either leaky hoses or leaky cannister behind the front bumper.

Pay particular attention to the vacum hose that goes under the battery to the vac res behind the bumper, battery splooge usually eats thru it.

If the grades are real long and it changes gradually then it's normal. The problem is the vacumn check valve only works when there is a sudden change in throttle so if it is long and gradual then it doesn't close allowing the vacumn to bleed down.
