Coolant temp. sensor high voltage?
Is this the sensor on the T-Stat housing?
Does it need to be replaced or is there a way to "reset it?
Thanks for any input or help.
Curt

Curt, the P0118 is indeed "ECT circuit high input." I'd suspect the sensor has an internal short. Another possibility is that the plug-in has gotten wet and shorted. You might unplug it, clean and spray with WD-40, and see if that helps.

Yes it's located on the thermostat housing, and unfortunately you can't reset it. This assumes it hasn't overheated or run low on coolant......

Hey ROE
I appreciate the help.... I'm supprised it went this time (I did lose one after a
engine washing) I hadn't washed it at all. Just one of those things I guess.
Thanks again.....
