I would say that from the fawked up looking attempt at making it look like a Jeep, I'm sure it's something Polish. :gag:

Man, a lot of responses since I started searching. I too narrowed it down to a Fiat........ but it's a highly customized model 126. Custom front clip, running boards and a top-chop.
