off centered axle

i just recentlty broke a wheel 1.5 wheel spacer and wheni took it off i put the tire back on to go to work and when i put it on i realized that my axle is off centered could it be any thing other than the track bar that would cause that

If your axle is off centered, it is your track bar.
But, you said you took a wheel spacer off, right?
Are you sure that the axle is offf center or does it just look like it is off center?

the axle looks centered with out one wheel spacer...

Check to see if it is really off center.
Take a few measurments.
