Cruise Control light?

I have cruise control in my 97. It works, and I can see a cutout in the gauge cluster that says "cruise" but the light dosent come on when I use it. Is it supposed to come on? If it is supposed to come on then chances are my buld is just blown, but I havent ripped into it yet to check.

So yeah, does the light in your 97+ work when you use the cruise?

So yeah, does the light in your 97+ work when you use the cruise?
Mine does: try reseating the cluster as bad connection are a known problem with 97+ clusters.
