Hey, I have a 9" under an old galaxie 500 with a 390. I want to put this under the rear of my xj. What kind of work is involved in shaving an axle? (can I do it myself?) I believe it has the same lug pattern as my xj and I can get 4.88's for it. I am going to run 35x12.50 BFG's. What should I do to get it trail ready but still keep its onroad manners? (my budget is limited) Thanks in advance
