Hey Grant,

I am not sure if they have them, but try T&J Performance. I know they carry Currie stuff, but they may have a line for heims for you.

Thanks Robert. I'm trying to avoid the OC Offroad Mafia (T&J's and Currie) because both of their pricing is out of whack on most stuff. Any other ideas?

Kartek Offroad has them, they're in Corona. Or you can order them from McMaster Carr in Sante Fe Springs. All the Offroad shops like Camburg that do the prerunner stuff will have them.

McKenzie's had 'em and for cheap. $5 and change per joint.

Needed one more (took their last three) and went to MacFaddenDale. They got me for $13.45 for the same joint.

Thanks again for the help, fellas.

So what are you working on that would require a "Currie J.Joint" type of spherical rod end to only buy a cheap Heim elsewhere? AND ! if you only needed a cheap rod end why go to Currie? A quality Heim would be an Aurora or QA-1 rod end as to the encapsulated stuff I'm not impressed with the J.Joint or many of the other encapsulated rod ends.....maybe R.E. cause they have the ability to tighten up the slop with the side "cap" .....
Actually it's none of my business I was just curious.

Curt

Oh..very slight chance of rain on Fri., but Sat. looks clear for Truckhaven...... so far.
Sincerely....

Nothing that would require anything. All custom fab but since Currie is spitting distance from my house with a good tail wind AND T&J's is about the same, they are the easiest to source parts from, but I avoid them at all costs because they do cost.

As for the heims, not spherical joints, they are for an inboard of the spring quick disconnnect for the sway bar at an angle that the JKS ones I have may not be able to work on (won't know until it is welded up tomorrow). Okay, enough blabbing, I've got a wrench to turn and projects to button up. You'll have to see it on Saturday and the rest (except one or two) will have to wait until the next meet and greet.

Looking forward to this weekend! Looks like we are checking into the rooms before we hook up with you, so we may air down and disconnect up by the radio tower off of S22 (the overlook into Truckhaven). Do you know where that is?
