fuel pump swap

i have an 89 xj with the 4.0.i'm going to get a fuel cell for the back and ditch the stock tank.i was wondering what kind of fuel pump(and the correct pressure)i would need to run.also, would i have to change the fuel pump regulator?thanx jon

You need one thats rated at least 50#@ 3 gpm and you use your stock regulator
