Yep. No more Clark Foam.
Hope you didn't have your heart set on a new stick for Xmas... The prices are astronomical.
I'm lookin pretty smart right now since I convinced my brother to double up on his already doubled up holiday stock of blanks last month. :D

PS: Walker doubled their prices on their usual offerings of cracked and twisted stock.

Yup...surfboard foam blanks which are used by just about every surfboard maker, small and large.
They were in Laguna Niguel, which is where my FedEx route is. The driver that serviced Clark said that they just closed up shop very suddenly, with no notice to customers or employees.
The small board makers are going to suffer the most. And a lot of makers have had to raise their prices on finished boards.
Wait a minute...what am I talking about? I'm not a surfer. But I did read the article that was in the Orange County Register.
