Got a 96 XJ.
The radiator had to be replaced due to leaks.
I decided to also replace the "O" rings on the cooler line disconnects.
Got two kits from the dealer for the two QDs only to find out that they were the wrong size (for a 95 most likely). With the XJ grounded I tried the local dealers, they can't even find the correct o rings. They are telling me I have to replace the whole lines.
Tried to match them but the closest match seems to be a bit on the small side.
Could be due to swelling of the old O ring.
Has anybody being through this with the 96?
It takes a single O ring per QD.
