ZJ coils?

I have ZJ that has all the bells and whistles on that is my daily driver. I am about to buy a 88 XJ for only $400! and it runs. I got alot to do to get it out on the trails. I am planning on running some 33x12.5 or wider super swampers and cut the fenders. I don't want to lift it sky high just maybe 3.5 to 4.5 so they fit ok and put lockers front and rear. I don't know that much about an XJ. I have my original set of coils from the ZJ and was wondering if they would add any lift. I figure the zj is heavier. I've heard on a TJ that they give like 3-4 inches lift. If anybody can give advice it would be greatly appreciated.

front ZJ coils will net ~1" of lift over stock
