I've got a 1990 Cherokee with 190k and I'm not the original owner, can I still get parts that are recalled replaced for free or do I have to pay? I found out that the TPS and the brake rotors have been recalled but that was some time ago. Is there a way to find out if any of the recalls have been preformed yet?

Go to a dealer...they'll run your VIN to see iff the recalls have been addressed on your vehicle.

You can also call any dealer in the US with your VIN to find out if a recall has been performed. I doubt any of the recalls are still open for your year.prb24 said:
