woobly wheel

when i turn my wheel hard over my wheel almost looks warped becuase it woobles around...... the lugs are tight the wheel bearing bolts are tight my ball joints are good and my track bar is fine, what the hell is it, this happens on pavement in 2wd and is really bad in 4 wheel drive. any ideas anyone? eric

That's normal for a U-Joint axle, adjust the stop nuts so it don't turn to sharp and bind up the u-joint's
