Factory Fogs and High beams

I searched the topic and found a thread that explains how to bend or remove one of the prongs from the relay so they will work in high or low. I have a set of aftermarket lights wired into the factory harness 55w so I am not over powering the looms. My XJ has two relays labeled for the fogs. Does anyone know which relay it is #1 or #2 and is it reliable to run the highbeams with the fogs on?
