The best lift

I have a 89 Xj and was wondering if i should go for the 3.5 inch or 4.5 inch lift.....is the one inch really gonna make that much of a difference? The only 4.5 inch lift i could find was the rough country which i heard wasnt a good lift...the 3.5 i was looking at was the Rubicon Express superride....i was cinsidering this one since its my daily driver as well as my off-roader.....so ant suggestions on the lift and brand would be great. Also can anyone recomend some goos allterrain tires.....i was looking at the M/T Dick Cepek Radial F-C II....can anyone give me some input on these?

ok you honestly havent searched if all you could find was the RC lift.. Rustys makes one RE makes one... list goes on and on... keep looking.
