1993 4.0 Auto

Do you have ABS? If so, you have the Dana 35 rear end. If you don't, then you may have the D35 or the Chrysler 8.25. It'll be either the Dana 35 c-clip - 27 spline, 1.18" diameter shafts, 7.58" ring gear, 2.62" axle tube - used 90-01, or the Chrysler 8.25 - 27 spline, 1.17" diameter shafts, 8.25" ring gear, 3" axle tube - used 91-96. As for gears, it's probably 3.55 or 3.73. If you have the Chrysler 8.25, there should be a steel tag bolted to the diff cover that has the ratio imprinted on it.

If you'll look in this forum (OEM Tech), there are several threads discussing how to tell if you have the D35 or the C8.25.

Here's a pic of my C8.25:

Maybe somebody else can tell ya, but I can't. One thing you can do, though, is rotate the driveshaft or the wheel and count how many driveshaft revolutions you have to one wheel revolution. Should be precise enough to figure out if it's 3.55, 3.73, or 4.10.
