swaybar bushings

so to day i was going to order new bushings for my 99xj sport and when i went and measured the front swaybar it measured 24.5 mm do i then go with the 24mm bushings or do i get the 25mm bushings??

Did you measure where the current bushings hold the sway bar now? I measured it somewhere else and with rust and dirt, I got the wrong measurement.

My 00 Classic took the 25mm bushings and I bought them from Daystar. At first they seemed a little too small, the ends at the slit wouldn't touch until I tighened down the brackets all of the way. However they work great now and haven't given me any problems.


If you happen to buy the same bushings as I did, I noticed that the brackets that come with them didn't let the bushings seat as well as the original bracket.
