tow hook brackets like trail hunters.

well they are not really brackets at all but just some 1/4" plate with a bend and some holes. what i want to ask is, I am making some of these plates right now to mount tow hooks to, what i am going to do is use the holes that already exist, which are, the 1/2 hole in the front of the frame rail, the two holes for the sway bar, and the hole for the skid plate, then i am going to drill 2 holes through the plate and the frame rail to mount the hook up to the plate and the rail.
This is on a 94 xj country, would this hold???
