post- 2000 exhaust manifold

I already used the search and found nothing. Does anyone have experience dealing with a cracked one? Post 2000 they are a two piece. I managed to crack both...3 and 6. I know I could just go factory again, but who makes one in the aftermarket for better flow, and or, quality?

Clifford makes a two piece one like the OEM (but better).

How did you know it was cracked. What tipped you off. I have a 99' and occasionally hear a ticking noise just after start up. I figured it was the rockers before they got sufficient oil to quiet them.
