QUICK idiot light question (not swap)

Ok could someone do me a quick favor. I have a 96 XJ with the idiot lights. When i turn the key on, all of my idiot lights come on except for the temp light. I swapped the bulbs, nothing. I unplugged the sensor plug, still nothing. Can someone look the next time they turn their key to "on" and see if the temp light comes on? I don't want to overheat and not know. I know that i need to put in a manual gauge, I'm going to do that soon. THANKS

I have a 96 as well and I just double checked, when you start it only the oil pressure light comes on, ps i don't have a voltage idiot light

cool, thanks for checking. I have a light that says "Battery"...I would assume that's the voltage light you're talking about..
