having another problem

After i fix my radiator,fan,injectors,sensors,exaust and intake all aftermarket. i noticed that there was a little pool of oil forming infront of my driverside fromt tire.This is were the aftermarked airfilter is located in the stock location but removed the air box.the oil vent that usualy just produces a lot of smoke is now producing me oil through the vent hoses.The oil is coming down the vilter and dripping out of the filter.
What is causing this to happen?Any help please
