I got one for the ZJ from this place.

You can find aluminized or nickel steel headers for under or right around $300 by Gibson, Thorley and Pacesetter to name a few. Stainless steel ones by Borla, Gibson and Banks will be over $300.
If your XJ is pre-91 then your choices will be limited a little I think. I bought one of those ebay chinese manifolds used off ebay for $35 and it does the job...I figured if I'm going cheap I might as well go all the way cheap
