I've been looking for components for doing some electrical work on my XJ, and found a gold mine.

Parts Express (http://www.partsexpress.com)

For instance, part number 263-510 ($13.50/ea) takes a single 12V line in, and has 6 ATO fused outputs with spade lugs.

Grounds? 1 4 gauge in, 4 12 gauge out in a brass block, p/n 265-800 ($3.88/ea.)

Relays? Bosch 30A 5 poles, p/n 330-070 ($1.99/ea.) Bases, p/n 330-075 ($1.50/ea.)

Search for "express seal" for crimp style butt splices with heat shrink insulation.

So far, I've made 3 orders from them, and have had great service.

I discovered last week that I could mount a plate on the passenger side of the engine bay, using the prop rod bolts, next to the PDC. It's got the 6 way block, and a ground block on it to be used for the 20A line (new stereo,) trailer brakes, and dedicated 12V for the trailer. I'm going to mount a similar plate on the drivers side with relays for high and low beams, and provisions for driving and fog lights.

Parts Express rules. I've been ordering stuff from them for about 7 years now. I even drove up to there store in Ohio once. Super service.
