Mine was so bad I had to cut it out and repair it with new pipe. Lets just say no more getting the front tires air born...

Have you ever went back to Borla about this issue?

Naw...it's mostly superficial. And it only happens at extreme flex.

happened on my old cherokee. you should adjust your tracbar so it doesnt hit
