another leaf spring question

i was thinking about buying new leaf springs from 4wd or quadratec and i was wondering if i should go with the hd ones, will this lift the jeep any? will i need longer shocks?? i see that quadratec does not offer hd front springs but 4wd does, if i put hd in the rear do i have to change the fronts as well??

I put them in my 96 sport. Unloaded they looked *exactly* the same as the originals
(#leaves, thickness, free arch). The lift is like 1/4-1/2 in over the supposed stock height. Hardly noticable, nothing to worry about.

Be aware qt does not have the proper bushings to go with the springs they sell.
