Quick question. I used to have a link to a source for weld in inserts for 2" square tube, but my hard drive died. Any body heard of them? I have access to tube and a good welder at my new job. I see a long arm setup in my future. If I can save up enough money. :banghead:

yea Ive seen but it seems like the companies that make em come and go

If yoiu use 2x2 x.25 wall square tube you might be able to use these

1 1/4-12 1.5" TA16 $14.00

from

but then ya have to make sure you can get the right thread bolts for the inserts..

I would really sugest using DOM sleeved inside by HREW or DOM

Really strong stuff

Thanks for the help! I may end up using the square tube for rocker rails, and finding dom for arms. So many projects, so little money. :banghead:
