will FRS rockrails bolt-on with FTLA kit?

i was planning on buying daystars rockrails, and was curious if there will be an issue with mounting the rockrails due to the long arm brackets from Full Traction.
thanks for the help.

The only things you should every buy from daystar are...urethane products and rear shackles.....forget everything else TRUST me on this. and stop with the damn abreviations from hell!
