I will be having a 6" lift using the RE 4.5" SF kit plus ACOS. My question is will the included fixed LCA's and UCA's be ok for this setup or should I get adjustable CA's.

I have Rusty's 4.5" lift with the fixed arms. With an extra isolator & shackles I am at 6". My castor is border line. If I was going to do it again I would spend the money for the adjustables. HTH. JIM.
