headliner material?

My local fabric warehouse stocks headliner material in a few colors grey, black and brown. I would check at a fabric store.

This is where I got mine. I got the second one down, the one that uses the metal bows. It's been in about 2 years and still looks like new. No sagging and a perfect color match (gray).

When you go to do it, get an extra set of hands. It helps when you are trying to work the material. Once the material and headliner have glue on them they stick almost permentantly, not very forgiving. So it helps to have a friend to pull on the material as you smooth it out.
