Stripped Bolt on Trackbar?

89 XJ 4.0 4WD I noticed some wiggle in my trackbar so I went to tighten up the castle bolt on the frame mounting bracket that goes into the ball joint. At any rate, after I got the cotter pin out and went to tighten it, it spun the bolt that went into the ball joint. Hence, is there a way to hold that bolt in place? Can I take off the grease zerk and get acess to it. If not, I forsee some issues in trying to get it off to treplace the trackbar. What normally holds that bolt to keep it from rotating?
Thanks

the bolt is a taper fit into the frame mount try putting a jack or something to hold the trackbar up so it makes enough friction to turn the bolt. it may be easier to remove the four bolts that hold the fram mount on and take the whole assembly out and work with it on a bench.
happy wrenching
